Annual conference for newly qualified teachers in the Hull, East Riding and N. Lincs areas. We provide an opportunity for NQTs in Primary and Secondary schools, to enhance their first year in teaching by providing workshops and activities that they can transfer into their classrooms. The focus in 2019 is around Mental Health and Wellbeing – for both teachers and children in schools. The keynote speaker is Jonathan Glazzard, Professor of Teache Education from the Carnegie School of Education at Leeds Beckett University.
Also it is an opportunity to network with fellow NQTs and share good practice.
Attendance is free of charge to all of our Partnership schools. A non-attendance fee of £10 will be charged to all schools for delegates who do not cancel their reservation by 5 pm on Tuesday 12 February 2019
